International Pilot Framework
A proposed six-month framework for translating published research into structured clinical observation and evaluation. The indicative budget of ₪500,000 covers protocol preparation, supervised implementation, outcome documentation and feasibility assessment.
Program scope
- Protocol standardization
- Supervised clinical implementation
- Structured outcome documentation
- Feasibility assessment
- Preparation for replication
Program development
The program is in its preparation phase. Protocol design, participation criteria, outcome measures and the analysis plan are to be finalized with scientific and clinical partners before implementation.

Research and clinical implementation
Israel is envisaged as the initial implementation setting. Future international participation would be developed with suitable partners, with transparent evaluation criteria and preparation for replication.
Future development
Longer-term development may explore data-informed clinical observation and AI-assisted analysis, subject to appropriate validation and governance.
A project developed and personally led by its founder, with scientific, editorial and digital preparation already completed.
Proposed deliverables
- A reviewable study protocol
- A structured outcome dataset
- A feasibility and tolerance report
- A decision on the next research phase
