Synativ Method
Connecting scientific knowledge, clinical reasoning and structured evaluation. The Synativ method is a development framework for questions and protocols that can be examined.
Development framework · Preparation phaseIdentify and understand
Select relevant publications, assess evidence quality and examine proposed mechanisms. A plausible mechanism raises a question; it does not establish the effectiveness of an intervention.
Structure and adapt
Define the population, intervention components, goals and follow-up criteria. Touch, body perception and progressive movement are directions to investigate in an appropriate context.
Observe and evaluate
Document responses, tolerance, variation and limitations. Reproducibility, comparison and scientific review guide the move from field observation to an evaluable research question.
Advance research already underway
Synativ’s founding strategy is to identify existing studies, protocols and knowledge whose development could continue with new partners. Fibromyalgia and persistent pain are the initial priorities.
Researchers: explore the next chapter of your work
Have a protocol or preliminary results, but need resources or partners to move forward? Synativ invites you to introduce your project and explore possible collaboration.
